One of our IT guys was using a report writer program and saving his work on a 2 gig usb stick. The usb stick quit working for him. He tried it on various machines (all windows) and they would freeze up trying to open the stick. I opened up my XO and plugged it in and the XO recognized it. I was able to copy the files he needed to another usb stick and saved him a lot of work.

FYI, this is an obscure bug (feature?) in Windows. The USB drive is fine and can be reformatted. Let's hear it for the XO and Linux!!!

There's still time for you to urge your purchasing department that every work group needs an XO of their own for crises like these, and oh by the way there is this great G1G1 program that they could use to procure the necessary equipment...
