Has anyone heard of this device?

Vaporware, from all I can tell, but an interesting twist on a kid's computer.  So many things seem not to have been developed beyond a nifty hardware concept I wouldn't expect anything, but I'd at least be curious about community reactions.

• Looks from the user in the photos (and the mouse concept) like they envision a developed-nations market at least at first, not unlike OLPC's xo-3 proposal.
• The photos also suggest some hardware innovation but a suspiciously-non-ergonomic keyboard, something in common with the xo-1...
• Operating system?  Compatibility?  Applications?  Anyone's guess from what the website shows...
