Hello,

I just dusted off the XO that has been sitting in the closet for nearly 6 months as my kids have developed a renewed interest in it. However I don't seem to be able to get it to recognize any wireless networks anymore. When I open the neighbourhood view i just get a grey screen with the lonely XO guy in the middle when I know that there are at least 3 networks in close proximity to the XO including my home network.  Last summer, I updated it to to 8.2.1 but I don't think I have actually gone online with it since the update so this may have been something that happened since the update.

I did check my network settings to make sure that my radio was on and that was fine but I don't seem to be able to find any information on how to run a diagnostic to see if the network receiver is actually working or not. I did notice that during the boot process the little green antenna light does flash green but once booted it does not come on at all.

Does anyone out there have any experience with this problem? Any help would be most appreciated. I really want to take advantage of the kids' new interest in the XO but it won't last if I can't get it to go online.
