4 yellow blinks from battery light

Hello and Help!

Our XO's battery light giving us a 4 yellow blink pattern. Does this mean the battery is dead?

My best guess now is that the power connector is bad. If I put pressure on the connection, it will start up. The minute I let go, it dies. I still get the 4 yellow blinks either way.

Any ideas as to how to proceed from here?

Thanks for responding. I had searched and not found the other thread.

I think I inadvertently did a full reset while playing around. Our XO lives again!

It also appears that our original charger has died. Luckily, I have a universal one that worked.
