Hey,

I came across the Asus EEE website and it appears that they have some available Linux programs that possibly might work on the OLPC XO.

Many of these are probably in the YUM repositories as they all look to be standard FOSS software. It seems that any of the ones with the TRY buttons are for websites not software. I suspect "work with the XO" will depend on wheather you are using Sugar or.. say Ubutunu or DebXO and what you are trying to install. I doubt they'll install properly from that site.

to find out if something is in the yum repositories try

yum search <name>

from  the command line while connected to the net.

as in:

yum search znes
yum search grip

yum install <name>   will try to install the package and all of it's dependencies (which can be a lot).
you'll need to be root to install
