It doesn't appear to be available after a variety of attempts for days now.

Anyone know what's going on?

The link worked fine for me just now and the links in the manual that I tried all functioned.  Perhaps it is something on your end?

Aha, yes it works for me, too, using Firefox.

I was working with Google Chrome. The link didn't work there.
