Evince installation problem under 703/XFCE

Back when I was still using sugar, i installed evince (yum install evince) as a pdf reader. It worked really well for me. Then I did a clean install of 703 and switched to full-time XFCE, and now yum doesn't want to install evince because

Code:
Error: Missing Dependency: libpoppler-glib.so.1 is needed by package evince

. There doesn't seem to be a good alternative download location online. Is there an easy way to fix this? Or should I be using something else for PDFs.

I don't know if you should be using something else for PDFs, but I've been quite happy with xpdf for years.

sudo yum install xpdf

Should do the job.  But yeah, I've been running into poppler as well.  In my case I couldn't install texlive because is wanted poppler.  (Why a text console only program needs poppler is beyond me.)

Thanks, xpdf looks like it'll work well for me.

I like epdfview - the interface is similar to evince, and I didn't have any problems installing it from an rpm.
