According to the OLPC community news all support emails are now being answered by OLPC. Hopefully this will mean better and quicker help for those still without their XOs and those still having problems.

last month between the laptops that were never delivered, replacement units,
and miscellaneous other problems. Michael Taylar and Sara Lesko have started
answering the emails and at this point OLPC is directly answering all emails
from donors. We expect to get all the phone calls directly into OLPC by next
week."

Too Little Too Late.  This organization has been dying for a long time.  The debacle of the G1G1 program was just a reflection of how poorly run this entire organization is being steered.  I still do not have an XO - records lost of some excuse like that.  What a sad sad sad organisation.

Emily really came through for me. I am so happy to see my RMA'd XO back after it went missing for over 4 months.
