Make over clock speed persistant.

I have successfully modified the file "/boot/olpc.fth" to have a higher clock speed every boot. I added the following 4 lines to the file:

7de009e
661
4c000014
wrmsr

"cat /proc/cpuinfo" reports a new speed of 564.942 and running memtest with these values reports a memory speed of 512Mb/s.

I ran memtest for 2 hours with no error.

Flash videos play a little smoother.
