GSTFakeVideo worked, but not now. Help?

Last night I copied the GSTFAKEVIDEO file over from a USB Drive to my XO home directory (not root (or SU).

Last night everything worked fine. It was an extra step of going into the gstfakevideo directory

"cd gstfakevideo"

then I started the script

"./gstfakevideo"

and when I opened skype it recognized the camera. I could broadcast or receive video, but if I tried to receive and send it would crash.

Anyway, today I tried to show my Mother what was capable and now skype did not see any camera. This was after loading from the gstfakevideo script. I rebooted tried again and skype was aware of the gstfakevideo file. but when performing a video test there was only a black screen (I was in a lit room) and when inside a voice chat there was no option to send video.

Any thoughts? (I know that was lengthy)

As described in the wiki (http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Skype#Advanced_option:_video-out) You have to do

Code:
su
 mv /dev/video0 /dev/video1

after every reboot. This works for me.

Unfortunately I'm not able to send and recieve video simultaniously. Skype is quite unstable on my XO.
