Gave One In November, Got One in February, My Grandson Graham Got 1 (Finally)

Do call, wait on hold forever, and call again to see if you get the same answer twice, Wait a bit...and then call again, both numbers...Do post your experience on the forums. Do email customer (so-called donor) service repeatedly. Do communicate politely, firmly, supportively, insistently and with great courtesy,,,,until you get a tracking number...and then wait and cross you fingers....worked for me,,, but this has been a fiasco and I will likely hesitate before participating again....good luck...Steve
