LAGOS, NIGERIA--(Marketwire - February 14, 2008) - A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has rejected all the grounds advanced by OLPC in its attempt to have the patent infringement lawsuit filed against it by LANCOR dismissed. The Court further extended the restraining order issued on December 8, 2007 prohibiting OLPC from distributing its XO laptops in Nigeria. (SUIT NO: FHC/L/CS/1102/07)
