Status report history....website messages: nada...then address problem...so I called donor services with address...and told laptop would be expedited...then website messages: call donor services...(waited)....this morning:

A TRACKING NUMBER!!!!.....and, ladies and gentlemen, the additional note:

If your laptop is a gift for a child, and you're not scheduled to receive the laptop by December 24, click here to download a gift card explaining that an XO laptop is on its way.

so go figure...I'll keep my sense of humor and continue to track my grandson's laptop, which Fedex says left Chicago a few days ago on its way here.....
