11/21 donor that has been told since early Jaunary that everything was cool for my order and now am told that my confirmation number is not in the Brightstar database. I don't know what to think but the way this has all gone down is maddening.

Now I guess rumors are that this could last well into March?

Perhaps all of us G1G0s should start hitting up journalists with our sad tales of woe? Since Mr Negroponte seems determined not to make any statements of apology on the G1G0 debacle I'm sure he'd just love to have to respond to some news stories on this madness.

The idea appeals to me but I don't really want to hurt OLPC. I just want my XO.

I don't think this is a good idea.  But I, for one, won't be promoting or supporting the olpc project.

As the days go on I am thinking more and more about canceling my order -- if I can get the $400+ back.  There are better things I could do with it.
