Ok this is real easy, Get madbomber as a Rpm Package I got it from!
http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/5770358/com/madbomber-0.2.4-7.2006.SoS.i586.rpm.html

I have a 2gig Sd card mounted on /mnt/OLPC and used this to get installed and running

open a terminal

su -l
cd /mnt/OLPC "or where ever you want to save the rpm package"
wget http://ftp://ftp.pbone.net/mirror/seerofsouls.com/mandriva/2006/i586/2006/madbomber-0.2.4-7.2006.SoS.i586.rpm
yum -y --nogpgcheck localinstall madbomber-0.2.4-7.2006.SoS.i586.rpm
exit

do not run as root
then run by
cd /usr/games
./madbomber --fullscreen
